Kirstie is a qualified group and personal fitness trainer. She has completed her Certificate III and IV in Fitness at West Coast TAFE, Joondalup and has also completed a certificate to become a qualified Zumba instructor. Her dance back ground has led her to specialize in cardio, weight loss, program planning and circuit training. She has also completed a first aid course. Her passion of staying active and living a healthy lifestyle reflects in her group and personal programs for her clients to ensure they reach their goals the have set out.
